Rx Adapters

Our adapters fit all products provided on this site. Once you have ordered a pair of Rx Adapters you will need to fax, send by mail or email a scanned copy of your prescription to us before we can create your adapter. THE PRESCRIPTION MUST CONTAIN THE PUPILARY DISTANCE (PD) MEASUREMENT. The PD can easily be obtained from the office that made your last set of glasses.

All Adapters are made with Polycarb or Trivex® scratch resistant lenses. Polycarb lenses are extremely hard to break and are much safer than CR-39 plastic lenses. Trivex is the lightest and strongest optical lens made. All adapter and lenses have a LIFETIME WARRANTY against breakage.
